It's a beacon of hope that one day we will all live in a world without discrimination or exclusion. Social enterprise Nono Cocoa drew inspiration from this mighty emblem to create its latest chocolate box, the Rainbow Collection, for Valentines and Mother's Day.'

Joseph Fry is credited with creating the first modern chocolate bar; in 1847 he found that he could mould the paste, creating a more streamlined product.
